The Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) in its endeavour  towards creating awareness about the committee and the law to create safer workplaces organised a workshop on ‘Understanding and Implementing the POSH Act’ on 25th April, 2024. The Women Development Centre (WDC) collaborated with ICC and helped in organising the event. Ms. Monika Arora, Advocate, Supreme Court and member Delhi University Court discussed  protection  against sexual harassment at workplace(POSH), protection of children from sexual offences act (POCSO), ancestral property rights to women and many more  laws that are meant to support women in her entire life.The workshop was well attended by students, faculty and staff. The seminar hall had a houseful audience spellbound throughout the session with invigorating the panellists, while the panellists conveyed informative and useful content for everyone sitting there.
