The Student Grievance Redressal Committee (SGRC) has been established to meet the stipulations outlined in the UGC (Redressal of Grievances of Students) Regulations, 2023. This committee is tasked with addressing and resolving a broad range of student concerns, ensuring that their voices are heard and their issues are addressed in a timely and effective manner. The scope of grievances includes, but is not limited to, matters related to admission processes, fee structures, scholarship opportunities, library services, infrastructure facilities, internal assessment procedures, etc. The SGRC is responsible for systematically reviewing the grievances submitted by students, conducting thorough investigations, and providing fair resolutions. The committee operates on a regular schedule to ensure that student complaints are managed efficiently and that all concerns are addressed in accordance with established regulations and institutional policies. By fulfilling this role, the SGRC plays a crucial part in maintaining a supportive and equitable academic environment.
