Internal Complaints Committee Against Sexual Harassment of Women and Ethics Committee

The College is committed to providing a safe and conducive academic and work environment for its students. We at SBSC are extremely alert and utterly intolerant to matters pertaining to harassment and gender insensitivity. In Accordance with Section 4(1) of the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 (14 of 2013), the College has constituted an Internal Complaints Committee Against Sexual Harassment to look into complaints of sexual harassment by girl students and women employees. Any aggrieved woman may approach Prof. Poonam Sharma, Department of Geography, the presiding officer of the Internal Complaints Committee.
